These things they go away

I had my car up in LA last week. I did a LOT of unprotected left-hand turns. I love the grid in LA. It is happifying. Coming back on Friday, I had an epiphanic moment while driving on the 105 onramp from the 405. The onramps in LA are almost sci-fi-like. At night with colorful city lights reaching out to the horizon and long streets everywhere, driving up and over this long winding onramp above everything and seeing this incredible sight felt amazing.

The next two weeks are going to be long ones.
