Just close your eyes, no way to lose

Yesterday: all my troubles
I hung out with Will for most of the day. We ate at In N Out and saw V and her friend. Then we came back and saw Carmody for about an hour. I went to a Foreigner concert at the fair with Mishka last night. We ate Tasti Chips. I love the Sparklette's stand. The concert was amazing. The lead singer and backup guitarist are new and they are both younger and more energetic than the rest of the band. The lead singer acts a lot like Mick Jagger and looks kind of like Mick Jagger. The backup guitarist looks and acts exactly like Will. The song Jukebox hero was choreographed amazingly. The lights dimmed and he started singing. The lead guitarist was off stage at this point. When he reached the line "he heard one guitar" the lead guitarist runs on stage and strums the first chord. The rest of the song was amazing. They mixed part of "whole lotta love" into it somehow. They also stole a few Zeppelin "Oh-oh-oh"'s and "baby baby baby"'s. The singer reminded me of Mick Jagger and the Mars Volta singer with the way he held the microphone stand straight upside down. Greg was at the concert and Mishka, Greg, and I went to my favorite strip of beach in Del Mar after the concert. Red tide was cool as usual.

Today: we'll make history
Woke up. Got outta bed. Dragged a comb... no I didn't. I woke up really late because I was up really late/early. I went to Brian's other house which is very scary. Imagine the random chaos of my desk but a house exactly like this, but there are many elves. Elves everywhere. Everywhere. There are items such as a witch's hat, unopened and very old opened food items of various assortments. Random objects like the foot to a table and a pentium 1 cpu. I would say I love his house because of it's randomness but I hate it because of the smell and creepiness of some of the items/things and the uncleanness.

I went to Tapioca Heaven with George and Brian. I got a pineapple slush with strawberry boba. Mental tic tac toe. George, Mishka, and I drove and listened to Celebration of the Lizard while Brian was at dinner. We sat outside Brian's house in my car for a very long time listening to music while waiting for him. Walmart and incompetence. Dominos and phone fun. Tomorrow I work in the back of our yard. I want to be ready.

  • No, it is official. I am starting to understand your twisted mind, Trey.

Either that or quoting Beatles lyrics makes me feel special and included.

    Either way, w00t.

  • Zeke I actually try to quote some lyrics that everyone can relate to or knows at times. The last line in that post was also from a song but I think only one person that reads this blog would understand that one.

Michael. It's the exact opposite for me.
