I'm a speed king, seeee meee flyyyyy

I love the intro to Smoke on The Water by Deep Purple. First there is the main guitar riff, then they introduce the symbols and another guitar, then there's a drum beat, then there is a really nice background of a bass guitar, and then the vocals start. The transitioning is so subtle but it works so well. It's almost opposite of Styx style of completely changing the mood of the song in a second flat. The main riff is, of course, the best riff of all time. Well, the Love Me Two Time riff by The Doors is damn good too...

The Comp Sci AP test was really easy yesterday. I started drawing one of my fuzzy ring design things during the last 40 minutes of the free response section. There must be a song for Wednesdays. Where is that Wednesday song?

I decided to sleep in and not go to school today. Who needs 2-4-6 days? I ended up in and out of the school all day anyways. I was in school without officially being in school. I saw the last hour and a half of the track meet. I told all the TP people I knew there I was rooting for RB. I ran home and now I'm here. My audioscrobbler account is going nuts. All of my bands are changing. Queen hasn't moved in days, Cake is moving up slowly, Styx quickly, and David Bowie very quickly. Deep Purple is next.

Saturday night and I just got paid
Gonna fool about ain’t gonna save
Some people gonna rock some people gonna roll
Gonna have a party to save my soul

  • Hmm. The RB people were watching us play dodgeball. I said hello to all of them.. my friends thought I was crazy since I yelled it really loud. Didn't realize they were from RB, so I just said "hello blue people!" since they all wore blue.

What 'fuzzy ring design are you talking about?

Skipping school... pretending to be a senior? All the seniors I knew didn't skip school today.. yet a junior I know skips school. How strange. Considering that it's senior ditch day...

  • anonymous you have no identity. I am pretty sure of who you are though so it doesn't matter. Fuzzy ring design is this cool thing I did once during history class pretty much this whole year actually. They take patience, time, and hand cramps. I forgot it was senior ditch day. I now remember David mentioning that yesterday.
