I rediscovered Barenaked Ladies today. They used to be one of my favorite bands years ago and I hadn't listened to them in a long time. Also I've become more fond of System of a Down and Cream and I'm discovering The Cure and finding out that every song in the world is by The Kinks.
My desk has a new item of two recently. One interesting addition is a device that can change an internal cd-rom drive (and I'm assuming any IDE device) into an external drive. I need to find an old "working" drive for it and then I can plug it into a wall and press the eject button over and over for hours of fun. Taylor left the wrapper for his new SOAD album in my car and somehow it got on my desk. Nothing else interesting besides an empty Pocky box and Paul's old wallet. All that randomness aside, life is good. Even working is good it seems which is great because I haven't been able to keep myself from being annoyed while working on anything for weeks it seems. Hail Cake!

Fashion Nugget seems like the best representation of Cake as a band. Pressure Chief is definately very different. And as for Nugget I think it goes well on the album. Comfort Eagle has a good mix of songs on it but I get bored of it after a while.
