...someone is calling my name...
I couldn't resist making a link to everything that happens to be a song...
Yesterday I was dazed and confused. I listened to Karn Evil 9 by Emerson, Lake, & Palmer 3.5 times yesterday. This doesn't sound like much except that Karn Evil 9 has 3 parts (first, second, and third impression) and they total almost 30 min in length. I just needed that song yesterday. Recently I've been listening to so many different bands, reviving music I used to like, finding new music, and looking at many songs in new ways.
Today I drove around with Matthew and Taylor for a while and ended up at home. I was reminded that there was a Velvet Revolver and The Killers concert today and A got me a ticket for The Killers! The concert was awesome. I actually like being squished in large crowds of people. People are constantly bumping into each other and almost falling over. The only place where there doesn't seem to be chaos in the middle of a huge crowd is the place you want to be least: the circles of doom. Somehow I still hear Louis XIV playing in my head in between bits of The Killers. It doesn't help that I can't really hear over the ringing and lack of noise. The sound of silence sucks right now.

sound of silence doesn't suck, unless you mean in the litteral sense, wherby silence does indeed suck
